Ashwin, founder of The Catch, researches and writes the guides and reports. The Catch is a sole proprietorship. We don’t list, sell or broker property.
How the work is done
Every line in a report comes from a public record or a published measurement: MahaRERA filings, BMC permits, the land registry, air and rainfall data, and satellite images. Each is named in the report. We describe what the records say; we don’t give verdicts or legal advice.
