A Catch Report is a digital research report. Nothing is shipped: you receive a private link by email within 7 days.

How you receive the report
- We email a private link to the report to the address you gave at checkout.
- The link isn’t listed anywhere and search engines are told not to index it. Anyone who has the link can open it, so keep it to yourself and the people advising you.
- There is no physical product and no shipping charge.
When
- One property: within 7 days of your payment.
- Three properties: each report within 7 days of you telling us which property it is for.
- If we need something from you to identify the property, such as a building name or wing, the 7 days run from when you send it.
If it’s late, or doesn’t arrive
If we expect to miss the date, we’ll email you before it passes. Until the report link is sent you can cancel for a full refund; see cancellations and refunds. If you paid and haven’t heard from us, check your spam folder, then write to support@thecatch.in.
