Buying a flat in Mulund, East and West: what the map shows
Mulund straddles the Central line: LBS Marg and the Goregaon–Mulund Link Road run through the West; the Eastern Express Highway and the Mulund Dumping Ground by the creek are in the East. We measured all 31 housing projects on our map (28 West of the railway, 2 East, 1 by the line) against the landfill and the wetlands, and against the nearest stations and air monitors. Here is the area as a whole — and what the map can’t tell you.

What’s being built, per MahaRERA
MahaRERA lists 303 registrations with the 400080 pincode; 134 were updated from January 2025. We’ve read the full pages of 60 of them so far, the largest projects first; the rest are next. Each project is listed where the location its promoter gave MahaRERA puts it, checked against the map, or by pincode where there’s no usable location (2 here are filed under another pincode). The bar is how far each project’s completion date has moved since it was first registered. Most include 4 months that MahaRERA added to every project due on or after 28 February 2026 (Order 66/2026, August 2026).
