Buying a flat in Bhandup, East and West: what the map shows
Bhandup straddles the Central line: LBS Marg runs through the West; the Eastern Express Highway and the salt-pan wetlands along the creek are in the East, with the Kanjurmarg landfill to the south. We measured all 26 housing projects on our map (21 West of the railway, 5 East) against the landfill and the wetlands, and against the nearest stations and air monitors. Here is the area as a whole — and what the map can’t tell you.

MahaRERA lists 176 registrations with the 400078 pincode; 62 were updated from January 2025. We read the full page of every one. Each project is listed where the location its promoter gave MahaRERA puts it, checked against the map, or by pincode where there’s no usable location (7 here are filed under another pincode; 4 filed under 400078 are on a neighbouring area’s page). The bar is how far each project’s completion date has moved since it was first registered.
